Apple’s switch to USB-C is gradual but steady, as EarPods are set to come with USB-C, tweets leaker @ShrimpApplePro. The USB-C EarPods are said to be supplied by Foxconn, one of Apple’s contract manufacturers.
This move from Apple’s current EarPods with Lightning and a 3.5mm jack, comes right behind talks—and renders—of the iPhone maker switching the connectivity port to USB-C from the iPhone 15 series onwards.

Reliable Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has earlier reported that Apple is shifting all accessories to USB-C, like the Magic Mouse, Trackpad, and Keyboard. Additionally, according to them, AirPods Pro is also set to have a USB-C charging case sometime later this year.
The latest Apple TV remote has already made the switch to USB-C, starting the long road of the overhaul.
