Apple Vision Pro is now official, and while the headset won’t be available to consumers till early 2024, a highly detailed AR model of the headset is now accessible through Apple’s website.
Those who wish to view Vision Pro’s AR model have to visit the headset’s product page on Apple’s website from a compatible iPhone or iPad, before scrolling to the bottom of the page. From there, users can view Vision Pro as an AR model overlaid on their real-life environment, or as a rendered object. Users can move around and zoom into Apple Vision Pro to examine it at various sizes and angles. A share button to quickly share the model with friends and family is also present.
The model is impressively rich in detail even when zoomed in multiple times over its original dimensions. The level of detail allows anyone to examine the advanced technology of Vision Pro, including its sculpted front glass visor, array of cameras and sensors, 4K micro-OLED displays, Spatial Audio-enabled speakers, and more. It can even reflect objects from the user’s physical environment.
