The activity goals on your Apple Watch help you stay active and achieve your fitness targets. Follow these simple steps to change your activity goals and keep yourself motivated.
The Steps
1. Go to your Activity app on your watch.
2. Go to the bottom of the first window, where you can see your daily ring progress.
3. Select the option “Change Goals”.
4. In the new window, use the minus and plus buttons to select the goal that is more suitable for your daily activity.
If you want to change it again, just follow these steps again.
