Samsung Electronics has today unveiled its own generative AI model known as Samsung Gauss, poised to advance the user experience across its devices and ecosystem. (via. CNBC)

Generative AI models, capable of producing original content like text, images, and code, are trained on vast amounts of data, making them versatile tools for diverse applications, including email composition, translation, and software development.

The name Samsung Gauss pays homage to Carl Friedrich Gauss, the renowned mathematician who established normal distribution theory, a cornerstone of machine learning and AI.

Samsung Gauss boasts a trio of new capabilities:
