Apple is launching a new sports-centric app today called Apple Sports. The new app is available for free from the App Store and allows users to keep up with live scores, match statistics, and more from various sports of their favorite teams in a personalized experience.
iPhone users in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom running iOS 17.2 and later can now download the app for free. It supports various sports and associations including MLS, NBA, NHL, Premier League, Bundesliga, La Liga, and Serie A. Future support for more sports and leagues including MLB, NFL, NCAAF, NWSL, and WNBA will launch once their respective seasons kick off in due time.
