UPDATE: Apple’s system status page now says that all outage issues have been resolved with the exception of AppleCare purchase on Device.
Multiple Apple services including the App Store, Apple Music, and Apple TV+ are currently experiencing an outage with many users around the world reportedly unable to access those services. Apple’s system status webpage has confirmed the widespread outage which appears to still be ongoing.
According to Apple, many services are either experiencing total outages or intermittent issues. Complete outages seem to have begun at about 10:30 pm Pacific Time. The full list of services currently down is as follows:
- App Store
- Apple Arcade
- Apple Books
- Apple Fitness+
- Apple Music
- Apple Sports
- Apple TV Channels
- Apple TV+
- AppleCare
- Audiobooks
- Mac App Store
- Podcasts
Apple states that some users are affected by the issue and they are still ongoing at the time of writing. The company has confirmed it is investigating the matter and working to issue a fix as soon as possible. We will update our article accordingly as soon as more information becomes available.
