The iPhone 16 Pro has been extensively rumored to add a new gold-like color option, and a new image from leaker Sonny Dickson showcases our best look yet at the rumored finish.
A few weeks ago, Dickson shared an image depicting three colors of the iPhone 16 Pro, including a much darker Black Titanium shade. That photo did not include the rumored gold color, which was also said to have a pink hue. However, Dickson’s image today suggests that the new color will have a bronze appearance.
In all cases, the new color is set to replace the iPhone 15 Pro’s Blue Titanium finish, rumored to have sold much fewer units than what Apple originally hoped for. Earlier rumors described various appearances, including rose, gold, desert-like gold, and a rose-gold combination. However, the color shown today appears to have a brown-bronze hue with no shades of rose, suggesting that Apple could name the new option “Bronze Titanium.”

Of course, Dickson’s image today could be one color option that Apple has tested for the iPhone 16 Pro, and the company may have tested different shades before settling on a final one. More should be known in early September when Apple officially unveils the iPhone 16 Pro in a little under a month.
