Apple Business Connect will let verified businesses worldwide create a new business brand identity that allows them to display official logos throughout iOS apps like Maps, Wallet, and Mail, the Cupertino company announced in a new press release.
Apple says the change will be available to businesses of all sizes worldwide, including independent ones and those with a fully online presence with no brick-and-mortar locations. With this change, eligible businesses will get to display an official logo when an iOS user engages with said business through default Apple apps like Mail, Maps, Wallet, and Phone.
For example, Branded Mail will allow businesses to display their official logos and trade names in the Mail app, making them easily recognizable to users. Apple says businesses can begin signing up for Branded Mail today, with the visual change set to appear to iOS users later this year with the rollout of iOS 18.2.

Tap to Pay on iPhone will also be updated as businesses will get to display their logos on the payment confirmation screen instead of a generic category icon. Business Caller ID, a Phone app feature, will allow businesses to display their name, logo, and department on the iPhone’s inbound call screen when reaching out to customers. Apple says this feature should reduce spam calling attempts, entrusting users that they’re in contact with an authentic business.
Apple Business Connect users can sign up for these changes today, creating and customizing their business and brand presence with their Apple Account for free.
