Apple has launched a camera repair program aimed at the iPhone 14 Plus. The repair program addresses a camera issue on a “very small percentage” of iPhone 14 Plus units.
Apple says affected iPhone 14 Plus units do not show the viewfinder’s preview when attempting to take photos with the rear camera.
According to the support document, affected iPhone 14 Plus units were made between April 10, 2023, to April 28, 2024. The serial number checker within the support webpage allows iPhone 14 Plus users to quickly determine whether their devices are affected. Under the camera repair program, Apple will fix all affected iPhone 14 Plus units for free at any Apple Store location or Authorized Service Provider.
