Apple today began distributing the eighth macOS Sequoia beta to registered developers. macOS Sequoia beta 8 comes one week after the company issued the seventh beta to developers on Tuesday, August 20.
macOS Sequoia adds new features that make the Mac more versatile and work with the iPhone more seamlessly than ever. iPhone Mirroring is a new Continuity feature that lets you control and view your iPhone’s display right from the Mac. Window management and tiling add new options by dragging app windows to the screen’s edge, maximizing the display’s real estate and productivity. The new Passwords app is a dedicated spot for managing passwords and passkeys without navigating to System Settings.
In addition to macOS Sequoia beta 8, Apple has also issued the eighth beta builds for:

How to install macOS Sequoia beta 8
Last year, Apple introduced a new method to install betas. Now, devices enrolled with a linked Apple Developer Program account or those who signed up with their Apple ID on Apple Developer will see a new menu under Settings -> General -> Software Update that allows users to opt into receiving beta updates. Devices that aren’t enrolled and linked to an Apple Developer account won’t see the menu and therefore aren’t able to install any new beta.
We will keep this article updated with any additional changes that we find in the eighth beta of macOS Sequoia, including references to new features or unreleased products.
